The pass and payment

What it is

One monthly pass gives one Minecraft account access to the network's open worlds. It renews monthly until you cancel. Creem handles payment, taxes and receipts. We review refund requests; Creem sends approved refunds.

Cancelling

The subscription is managed in Creem's billing portal, and there are three ways in:

• Discord. Type /everdawn and press "Manage subscription" under your card. The button appears once the bot knows the payment is yours — see Discord.
• The receipt email. Open the View Order link in the email Creem sent when you paid.
• Creem's site. Sign in at creem.io/my-orders/login with the email you paid with. Creem sends you a sign-in link.

Cancel the subscription there. This stops future renewals, and you can play until the paid period ends. If none of these works, email support.everdawn@gmail.com and name the Minecraft username the pass is on.

What becomes of your land

Cancelling does not request deletion of your game records. Land taxes continue while you are away, and unpaid land can become derelict. Records have different retention rules. The world itself is permanent and is not reset, but other players keep playing, so what you left can still change.

Refunds

The terms are in the refund policy. What a refund does to the pass:

• A full refund closes the pass at once and cancels the subscription, so you are not charged again.
• A partial refund — compensation for an outage, for example — leaves the pass open.
• Opening a payment dispute or a chargeback with your bank suspends the pass at once. If the dispute ends and the payment stands, write to us and we restore the pass by hand.

One thing worth knowing in advance: being robbed is not grounds for a refund. The code records it and gives you grounds for a complaint; it does not hand back money.
