The pass and payment
What the pass buys, how to cancel, and what becomes of your claim.
What it is
The pass is a subscription that keeps an account on the whitelist. Two tiers: monthly and seasonal. Payments run through Creem as the merchant of record — the invoice, the taxes and any refund are on their side.
Cancelling
Any time, from the payment email or through the Creem portal. Access runs to the end of the period you already paid for; cancelling does not take back what was bought.
What becomes of your claim
The world's records outlive a pass: a contract, a verdict, a border and a debt stay in the archive. A permanent archive is the condition on which everybody else enters this world, and it is what makes a contract worth signing.
Refunds
The terms are in the refund policy. One thing worth knowing in advance: being robbed is not grounds for a refund. The code records it and hands you a claim; it does not hand back money.
