Discord and the bot

You can play without Discord: the pass opens the server by itself. Discord is the players' rooms, news and updates, the court with a thread per case, and private letters from the registry: a contract waiting for your signature, a debt, a complaint.

One command

/everdawn

It shows a card: what is done already and one next step. The button under the card does the rest, so there are no other commands to remember.

If you bought the pass on the website

The seat on the server is yours already, but Discord does not know it is yours.

1. Join our Discord server and type /everdawn.
2. Press "I paid on the website" and paste the order id — it starts with ord_ and is shown on the page after the payment.
3. The card shows your username, open access and a code.

No id? The page after the payment lasts half an hour, and the "ORD-…" number in the payment email is a different one and will not do. Then:

1. Type /everdawn, press "Link account" and enter your username.
2. The bot answers with a code. Join the server with that account and type /polis link CODE.
3. The seat becomes yours and the account is proven at once — there is no separate step with a code after that.

A username alone will not do, on purpose: it is public, everybody in game can see it. The order id is held by the buyer alone, and the code works only from inside the game, from the account that was paid for.

A seat taken through the game is played on at once, but the subscription is not managed from there yet: somebody else may have paid, as a gift. It is managed from the View Order link in the payment email — or show the bot the ord_… id, and "Manage subscription" appears under the card.

If you have not paid yet

Type /everdawn, press "Link account", enter your username — and the card offers the payment as a button. Access opens by itself within seconds, and there is nothing to claim: the seat is bound to you from the start.

The code from the game

Anybody who knows a username can link it. So the registry writes private letters only after a proof from the game — where Mojang has already checked who you are:

/polis link CODE

The /everdawn card shows the code, and it lasts an hour. When it runs out the card gives a fresh one. You prove the account once.

Language and notices

The "Settings" button under the card:

• language — Ukrainian, English, or both sets of rooms; if you bought on the website, the bot speaks the language of that page from the start;
• notices — important only, everything, or nothing;
• unlink the account — the seat closes, and the subscription stays yours.

Two more commands

• /me — your card in the registry: standing, contracts, what is waiting on you.
• /whois username — another player's public card. No balances on it.

The subscription is managed with the "Manage subscription" button under the card — that has a page of its own.
