Common problems
The pack will not update, the server is not in your list, the server refuses you, the game will not start.
In short
- Start with the “What do you see?” chart below.
- Paid, but no access after a few minutes? Write in Discord with your username.
- The server will not let me in:
- A licensed account
- the one you paid with
- the pack with Polis
- minutes without access: Discord and your username
Game says your client is incompatible?
Your pack version does not match the server — update the pack in your launcher.
The pack will not update
- The CurseForge app. It does not update the pack by itself: it cannot run pre-launch commands. Update the pack in the app when a new version comes out.
- Prism. Open
Edit → Settings → Custom commandsand check the pre-launch update command against the installation guide. If it is missing, importEverdawn.zipinto a new profile through Import. Keep the old profile until the new one works; it may contain local worlds and settings.
The server is not in my list
Everdawn puts itself there — that is the Desired Servers mod inside the pack. If it is missing, the pack did not install: install it again through the CurseForge app or Prism. You can also add play.everdawn.net by hand.
The server refuses me
Sign in with a licensed Minecraft: Java Edition account. Bedrock Edition and unlicensed accounts cannot join.
Use the Minecraft account whose username you entered at checkout. Changing its username does not remove access. If you entered the wrong account, contact support.
Check the pack actually installed: without Polis the client will not connect.
If the money left your account and there is still no access after a few minutes, say so in Discord and name the username. The payment is visible from our side.
The game will not start
- Wrong Java. Minecraft 1.21.1 wants Java 21. The CurseForge app and Prism can install it themselves — let them.
- Memory. The imported
Everdawn.zipprofile includes a memory allocation. If you changed it, restore the imported setting. In the CurseForge app, memory is set under Minecraft → Java Settings. - Crash. Send the crash report or full game log to support. Include your launcher, installation route and what you did before the crash. A screenshot alone usually does not include enough detail.
Where to ask
Discord is available for game and installation help. For payment or account problems, email support.everdawn@gmail.com. If you were charged, do not pay again while the issue is being checked.
